Adult Clinic

Clinic Description:

  • 10-15 minute warm-up (leg strengthening, agility & stretching)
  • 15-20 minutes of foot skill work (striking, dribbling, ball control)
  • 20-30 minutes team drills (passing, defense, offense)
  • 15-30 minutes scrimmaging & game based drills

The Clinic Philosophy: 
        The clinic is great for beginners who want to learn about the game and players who want to fine tune their skills.  Practice is designed for you to gain more experience and knowledge about the game of  soccer. Our goal is to provide a fun environment for you to get a workout  and improve your skills
