How to Register your Youth Team?
Submit a completed online team registration form.
Indoor Team link or Indoor Futsal link and a $100 deposit (Cash, Credit Card or Check)
You may also print out this form and mail it to Tualatin Indoor Soccer 11883 SW Itel Street Tualatin Oregon 97062 or drop it off anytime at the arena.
As always you can stop by the arena and fill out form or just call us at 503-885-9300.
Youth Team and Individual Fees
Youth INDOOR Team fee is $635.
Youth FUTSAL Team fee is $535.
Please refer to our Age Group page for details on for how many players are mandated on the field per division and gender.
Referee fee: per game $8 paid in cash directly to the referee.
Youth Players Card/ID- Cost $10.
Waiver must be signed by Parent or Legal Guardian for players under 18 years of age. Link to Waiver Form.
We are introducing the 'guest' player card for a cost of $5 for a 1 day fill in player for Youth teams only.
Waiver form needs to be completed for all guest players.
Team fee is due in full prior to kickoff of your first game. A late fee of $50 will be assessed if balance is not paid after first game.
Youth Winter II League Start Dates, Game Dates-Futsal & Indoor.
We will Start Winter II Youth Leagues (Indoor & Futsal) during the Week of January 16th
All Youth Futsal Matches- U8 through High School ages will take place on SUNDAYS.
We can accommodate only 60 Futsal teams per session. Games times typically start on Sunday morning and finish after 6pm.
We will offer a balanced fair game schedule to all 60 Futsal teams registered.
Important: In the event we have more than 60 Futsal teams register we will use School Holidays/Saturdays as alternate playdates.
Indoor Matches U8 through U12 will take place on Saturdays. Game times typically start on Saturday morning and finish after 6pm.
We will offer a balanced/fair game schedule to all Indoor Youth teams registered.
Indoor Matches U13/14 through HS will take place on Weekday late afternoons/early evenings.
The play-day of the week will be decided by teams involved in consultation with Tualatin Indoor Soccer, management.
High School kickoff times are typically 350pm and 440pm.
U13/14 440pm, 530pm & 620pm
In a effort to avoid any potential conflicts with outdoor soccer we request all team mangers to submit their TIS Indoor/Futsal Match Schedules to the OYSA/OPL when registering team for Spring outdoor play.
If a conflict does happen: Monday February 20th will be the only availabe date for play. (President's Day Holiday)
