How to Register a team for Youth Indoor Soccer

 

League Manager:  Dennise Medina:

 

 

 

  1. Contact the League Manager by phone, email, or text
  2. Provide the following information:
  • League Choice: FUTSAL or INDOOR SOCCER (Teams can play both if desired)
  • TEAM NAME
  • Team age group and Gender Examples: U12 Boys, U11 Girls etc.. (based on oldest player)
  • Level of Outdoor Play; OYSA, OPL, Premier, Classic or Recreational
  • Any Outdoor League or Post Season play , if available
  • Prefereed level of Competition:Classic/Rec/Premier/Play up a year/OPL.
  • Team Manager Name
  • Manager's Mailing Address, City State & Zip
  • Managers Home , Work and Cell Phone Numbers
  • Manager's E-mail Contact

Type of Deposit : Cash, Check or Credit Card on File.

Dennis will reply with an e-mail confirmation, or confirm over the phone.

 

You can always come by in person and register as well.
