How do I get a TIS Youth Player Card?
Indoor Youth Players cards are made in the office at Tualatin Indoor Soccer. The player must be present for his or her player card photo prior to first game. A player cannot participate unless they have a current year card. Cards are renewable each year on September 1st. For further information about cards and other session information
click here. Very Important: Once you get your FIRST TIS Indoor ID Card this is the one and only time your parent/guardian will be required to sign the waiver form, in the following years you only need a new picture.Do I need to bring my child's birth certificate when their player card is first issued?
No. But, TIS staff may ask for a player's birth certificate or club issued player card, if an opposing team coach challenges or questions the age of the player. The challenging team (coach) must make a written & formal request and submit it to TIS or the NWISR. If the NWISR determines the request has merit, TIS Staff can ask for proof of age in the form of a birth certificate or club player card and submit it to the NWISR for a determination.
Who can sign the waiver form?
If you are under 18 only your parent or legal guardian can sign the TIS Waiver form.
How are league divisions formed for youth teams?
Classic/Competitive teams are placed in divisions based on the birth year of their oldest player. Recreational teams are placed in divisions based on their players grade in School. For example the 8th grade recreational team could be placed in the 2011 birth year Classic/Competitive division.

**All U13/14 and HS Team Managers, consult with our TIS Weekday league Youth scheduler to establish which day(s) of the week will work best for their team and the other league members. You will be contacted between Nov 1 to 6 2024**
Can we make a special request with certain times or dates not to play?
Yes. If for some reason your team is unable to play on a particular date or time please contact our office PRIOR to the Schedule posting. All reasonable attempts to accommodate your request will be made.
Can we reschedule a game?
After the schedule has been published online, it is each individual team’s responsibility to make any schedule changes. We will assist a team requesting a change by giving them the contact numbers of all teams who will be impacted by their rescheduling requests. There is No charge for schedule changes. In most cases a minimum of 3 teams have to adjust their game schedules to meet the request of a single team. This process can only take place with the blessing of all 3 impacted teams and then written approval from TIS. If all of these criteria have been met then a reschedule is permitted.
We are registering several teams and don't want any of our teams to face each other. Can you accommodate that?
If the league your teams are placed in has a minimum of 10 teams TIS can usually schedule your teams in such a way that they will not have to play each other. In leagues with fewer than 9 teams the chances are strong that your teams will face each other at least once. If you place your teams in different leagues than they will not play one another.
What is the roster size maximum/minimum per indoor team?
There is no limit on the total number of rostered INDOOR players.
